A long running staple in the Ondine Ash cookbook shelf, full of instant classics to add to the rotation. Our favourites are the smoked fish and parsnip cakes for weekend brunch and the spinach and gorgonzola stuffed jacket potatoes for an easy supper. Both meat dishes, vegetarian, vegan and sweet treats, we particularly love the meal combinations at the end of the book too. 

Yotam Ottolenghi is the chef-patron of the Ottolenghi group, with restaurant, delis, sauces and lots more under his name. Based in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen in Holloway, London, Yotam spends much of his time with the OTK team, writing, creating, and testing recipes for his books and columns in the Guardian and the New York Times
