Shipping

We carefully wrap and package all your orders in our Falmouth shop. We are committed to being mindful of our environment with plastic-free and biodegradable packaging. 

UK and International Delivery is available and calculated at checkout, based on the product weight and your location. 

We love to make your gifts personal. Add gift wrap or a greetings card. Pop a note in at checkout and we will hand write a personalised gift note for your recipient.

Delivery Time

We usually post orders within one or two days of receiving them. If you need an item posted any faster than this, please do get in touch and we'll do our very best. Just drop us an email on hello@ondineash.com

 

Customers outside of the UK

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

ORDERING OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE READ 

Europe update! We are not able to ship to Europe and Northern Ireland after the 13th December 2024. New EU laws and legislation have been put in place and we are waiting to hear more. For the time being we have had to pause shipping to all EU countries.

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days or purchase, and must be unused and in all original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item by emailing us on hello@ondineash.com. We also accept online returns in our Falmouth shop, pop by and speak to us in person.

Eligible refunds will be processed within three to five working days of the receipt of your parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the returned amount. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded.
